Chicago-based tax and accounting firm NDH Advisors said Wednesday it has rebranded as Prosperity Partners.

The new name “aligns with the firm’s core values, commitment to top-tier client service, and mission to be the leading destination for tax and accounting talent,” Prosperity Partners said in a media release.

Founded in 2003 as NDH by three Arthur Andersen alums, the firm last year received an equity investment from Unity Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm. Since then, Prosperity Partners has added offices in Kansas City, Houston, Philadelphia, Santa Barbara, CA, Detroit, and Washington, D.C.

“The Prosperity Partners brand better captures the values, culture, and ambitions of our organization, as shown in our recent accelerated growth—both organic and through strategic partnerships with other visionary leaders,” Jeremy Dubow, CEO and co-founder of Prosperity Partners, said in a statement. “We’re proud to earn the trust of a growing number of partners and employees while continuing to be the premier advisor to our outstanding clients.”

All employees of Prosperity Partners become part of Prosperity’s Employee Purpose Plan, a broad-based employee ownership program that allows employees to benefit from the company’s success.

“Our motto is ‘Together, let’s chase new horizons, create fresh opportunities, and shape a future where prosperity knows no bounds,’” said Courtney Jones, head of Prosperity’s Kansas City office. “This statement resonates equally with our employees and clients, both of whom rely on us to be compassionate, innovative, and accessible in meeting their needs and helping them prosper.”

Peter Cozzi, team lead at Unity Partners, added, “Since our investment in NDH 18 months ago, we have prioritized implementing our ‘Partner & Propel’ strategy to accelerate growth and to identify partners who embrace our goal of building better together as we expand the company’s footprint. Now, with well over 100 employees in seven offices, we’re excited to go to market with a brand that speaks to Prosperity’s capabilities and growth.”

Prosperity Partners serves businesses, high net-worth individuals, and family offices throughout the U.S. The firm provides tax advisory, tax consulting, tax preparation, valuation, outsourced back-office accounting, fractional CFO, litigation support, and startup business services.
